Crown Services partnered with EnerSavings to evaluate their electrical capacity and plan for future EV growth. By implementing an energy management system, they were able to install 50 Level-2 chargers across the property. The installation was completed without the need for costly electrical upgrades, thanks to EnerSavings’ technology and expertise in optimizing existing infrastructure.

Additionally, EnerSavings introduced their unique shared revenue model, which offers hotels like Crown Services Hilton & Marriott a hassle-free and profitable EV charging solution. Under this model, EnerSavings installs EV chargers with no capital required. Both EnerSavings and the hotel share in the costs (including charger leases, monitoring fees, and electricity) as well as the revenues generated by the chargers. The hotel also benefits from sharing in rebates and carbon credits—a true win-win for both parties.

This project positions Crown Services as a leader in sustainability and innovation in the hospitality industry, offering modern amenities to their guests while maintaining operational efficiency and maximizing profitability through this innovative revenue-sharing approach.
