Bayview Wildwood Resort
About Bayview Wildwood Resort
Bayview Wildwood Resort, located at 1500 Port Stanton Pkwy, Severn Bridge, is a charming lakeside retreat offering its guests a tranquil escape. Known for its commitment to environmental sustainability and guest comfort, the resort is continuously exploring ways to enhance its green initiatives and provide modern amenities to guests.
Background
Bayview Wildwood Resort sought to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to serve the increasing number of guests driving electric cars. Their aim was to offer convenient, on-site charging without significantly increasing their operational costs. They also wanted to leverage available government incentives without the stress of managing the rebate process internally.
Project Details
Bayview Wildwood Resort partnered with EnerSavings to assess the resort’s needs and install energy-efficient EV charging stations. Following the assessment, the resort opted for 2 Level-2 chargers, designed to serve the needs of EV-driving guests while minimizing electrical infrastructure upgrades. EnerSavings’ rebate expert team sourced eligible government rebates, submitted the application on their behalf, and managed the entire process until the rebate was delivered.
EnerSavings helped Bayview Wildwood Resort implement advanced energy management solutions, ensuring optimal use of their existing electrical infrastructure, thus avoiding the high costs associated with a major electrical overhaul.
