General Property Management (GPM) was established in 1971 to meet the rising need for a new approach to property management. Now they manage and service over 70 high rise condominium buildings and townhouse complexes throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The Challenge

With the never-ending increases in energy prices, apartment and condominium owners are lighting up suites with energy-efficient LEDs. So, the management at GPM was looking for qualified Lighting solutions. These are among the most energy-efficient on the market and use 75% less energy. Energy-efficient fixtures ensure you get the most from energy-efficient light bulbs.

The Results

EnerSavings replaced all the existing conventional lighting to LED Lighting in GPM’s Indoor and Parking areas, resulting in energy savings of 68%. We replaced the existing metal halide fixture with New LED fixtures in the exterior area. These luminaires feature the best performance on the market producing high illumination levels, superior glare control, and uniformity. This allowed for superb lighting coverage with more lumens and a fraction of the existing system wattage.
